You will perhaps recall that during a visit I paid to the G∴ O∴ Grand Orient of France, about 4 months ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with you, and that you had the kindness to offer me your services for any relations that the LL∴ Lodges of Toulouse might maintain with the G∴ O∴ of France. I come today to ask you to please fulfill your offer, and to assist with your insights and advice some of your ff∴ brothers who are worthy of that title.
