Lodge of Sincere Friendship: Correspondence and Formation of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Toulouse

Deliberation — March 1802

We, the undersigned brothers, Masons belonging to various LL∴, but united among ourselves by sentiments of esteem and sincere friendship, have respectively agreed to leave our respective f∴ LL∴, which are not in correspondence with the G∴ O∴ of France, by following the customary formalities, to reunite and form a Lodge regularly constituted by the Grand Orient of France, under the distinctive title of Sincere Friendship.

one of us, to write to Paris to obtain from the G∴ O∴ of France the constitutions for the establishment of our projected L∴, promising to approve the expenses he will have incurred for this purpose and to bear them respectively. We promise to separate ourselves each from the L∴ to which we belong, to reunite with the said Lodge.
