Art. 4.

The Brother Orator requested that, to satisfy the Statutes & Regulations of the Grand Orient the national governing body of French Masonry, the nomination of a representative to the Grand Orient be carried out.

The matter having been put to deliberation and the votes collected by ballot, the Lodge appointed to represent it at the Grand Orient of France the Very Venerable Brother Pierre Dieudonné Lasserrez, Head of Correspondence at the Public Treasury and officer of the Grand Orient, 39 years of age, born in Philippeville, Department of the Ardennes, residing in Paris at 117 Rue du Faubourg Honoré, member of the Lodge.
