To the Very Venerable Brother Laserre, Head of Correspondence at the Public Treasury in Paris
Very Venerable and Very Respectable Brother,
A rectangular red ink stamp or mark containing stylized initials, possibly 'TH', located in the upper right quadrant.
I have received the document planche formal letter or official communication between Masonic bodies that you were kind enough to draft for me on the 27th of last month, and I beg you to be assured of the pleasure you have given me, as well as all the members of the Reunion. I immediately summoned them; the enthusiasm that animated them indicated better than I could tell you the desire they felt to become members of the Great Family.
The Lodge has been constituted regularly, and you will find attached: 1st, an extract of the work which confirms our initial constitution; 2nd, a document to the Grand Orient to request regular Constitutions; 3rd, the list of members who compose the workshop atelier the working body of a lodge; 4th, an extract of the work relating to your nomination.
The Lodge has expressly charged me to convey its thanks to you and to add its apologies if it does not write to you directly.
