1st. Can the Lodge perform receptions réceptions initiations of new members and affiliations before having received its Constitutions?
2nd. Are current members who belong to other Lodges required to obtain their exit papers exéat a certificate of withdrawal from a lodge from the said Lodges, even if they are not working regularly, or can they dispense with returning there solely to ask for their exit papers?
