I am sending you enclosed, my Very Respectable Brother, a letter planche Masonic term for a formal written communication that the Lodge has tasked me with forwarding to you, along with a copy of its Provisional Regulations. Reading this letter will make you aware of how impatient it is to receive its Constitutions. It would like its installation to take place by next St. John’s Day; but if the dispatch is delayed even slightly, that will become impossible because the premises we have chosen require a great deal of work, and time will be too short. Once again, we rely on you to take care of accelerating the response of the Grand Orient and to let us know.
