The Secret of the Washing

Afterwards, wait another half hour, and then you shall awaken,
and rub every limb and limb, for there is the power of Gevurah Strength/Severity.
And when you feel that it has held for the whole day, and the judgment is finished
with the Opening of Elijah the Prophet, may he be remembered for good, and afterwards you shall begin
to say seven times "Elijah, of blessed memory," and afterwards you shall direct [your intent] with the 248
limbs and "May the pleasantness be," and then you shall say at the end of the verse
"Receive," and "He shall have mercy," bitterness, and pleasant aroma, and Binah Understanding. And afterwards, the examination of
the hidden [aspect] in the cleansing waters, and this is the secret that is hinted at. And after the cleansing,
it is written, "You, Lord, will guard them," and so on.
