And it is supported, atzer to restrain/delay, "and the rain shall not restrain ya'atzerkha you," translated as "the rain shall not restrain you." And so interpreted from this, "because there is no restraint ma'atzor to the Lord to save." "From restraint me'otzer and from judgment he was taken." And it is supported, agav to yearn/tarry, "and further, she tarried me'agnah," translated as "they tarry." It is built as marnatzchi defying/denying, and beside these it has a law in agunah chained woman, "they tarry for the day." Interpreted as the value of "to the others" like "further, she shall tarry," meaning she shall be delayed.
