For since the lot or the house was acquired in the presence of so-and-so, that Mr. So-and-so may not—nor may Mr. So-and-so—from the gifts of So-and-so, he gave the remainder for him. Furthermore, he may decide according to the conditions, and the bridegroom may not [claim] support in understanding, and other than that—it is a slight matter—for the benefit of those not so bound at all times and hours that he wishes. Yes, it will be in times of need: a strong hold of division from a non-statute. From her, she will go, or it will be for him to the place that will be, and yes, a receipt to sell it to him, for they were sued in a complete acquisition from now in the synagogue, passed so-and-so, and this is three, and also after he returns it to him, he has permission also to adorn the friends with him. The monies will ascend for the honor of this which is clarified to him explicitly on condition to give some for the division upon this matter, he will do for her. And this is how it was called in the event on the day of so-and-so, for the count of so-and-so, and it is upheld.
From the mouth of so-and-so, who speaks in the law of betrothal, regarding his daughter, and thus he resolved the betrothal to her: "Your daughter so-and-so, who is in the... under the mikveh ritual bath, and thus for me according to the law of Moses and Israel." And they accepted it with great affection and in seclusion—all the language—remembering every obligation, as in every betrothal document. And yes, lest the people with whom it ascended, all of it, and in his hand, and she accepted it in the document that ascended—the bridegroom—and it was decided among them all that every obligation in our path, in the manner of obligations, was written, her signs, that she is guarded for the betrothal, and they will perform, and they were trained, and they were cut off for the child, a lament, and an acquisition. Both in the blessing of the groom and the signatures written there, as the fine for betrothal. And in his hand stood [the document], and the fine that his father accepted, [it is] acquired like a son in his roof, in the forest, he carries/bears, he raises in the account of the Lord, yes, in the throwing, and as it is written in the inheritance, from the counting... the bridegroom accepted and acquired all of it for the son, and he accepted the betrothal in the presence of so-and-so son of so-and-so, the document, [with] connection in the greatness, and... and in the house that had already been accepted, force, and it was made a fine that is in this book.
