And again, on the 24th of Azar original: "آذر ماه", ninth month of the Solar Hijri calendar in the year 1105, at the time of evening, fifteen minutes past the night in the name of? a brother dearer than life.

He came, and it was decided that, according to the previous? instruction, he would not remain in the aforementioned month. The holy month of Ramadan to the first of Safar original: "غره صفر", first day of the month of Safar is completed.

Know, O brother, that again on the path of suluk spiritual wayfaring/traveling and the tariqat spiritual path/order, it is necessary...

My dear, know that the purpose of the tariqat spiritual path, the wayfaring, and the method of the dervishes, is upon the traveled way. Every person, in whatever station they may be, whether on the path of wayfaring with the Truth haqq Truth/God or among the people, must observe the condition of piety and purity (and obedience to the path of the Truth). He must be entirely a servant and a disciple murid disciple/aspirant, and must gird his loins in the service of the pir elder/master and spiritual guide murshid spiritual guide/master. He must have a firm step in the way of service with his soul.

He must be steadfast in the way of poverty faqr spiritual poverty/detachment and devotion, and not let any fear enter his heart from the reproach of the slanderers or the blame of the blamers. He must hold his pir master and spiritual guide higher than his own life and heart. Whatever reaches him from the pir and guide, he must accept with soul and heart. He must be steadfast on the path of wayfaring and the spiritual path. He must place his foot on the path of the desert of seeking and act with sincerity and need niyaz supplication/humility toward his brothers in faith. He must make the pir a crown upon his head, be compassionate and kind toward his own servant and child, and look upon others with a gaze of compassion. He must observe the ranks of devotion and supplication in the way that was explained, and turn his attention toward the guide and the instructor. He must possess high resolve and be wary of low resolve. He must seek the path of the pir with his soul, and make the dust of the feet of the dervishes the kohl of his eyes meaning to hold them in the highest regard. Again, according to the divine command... again according to the divine command, he must keep a firm step on the path of wayfaring. He must set his resolve upon the goal, for the disciple must be in complete surrender and not fear the blame of the people. Again, know, O my dear brother, that the path of Truth is very difficult?. He must perform good striving in the path of the pir and instructor, and be wary of the footsteps? meaning the temptations/impulses of the lower self. Know that in the path of religion and state, he must exert resolve. He must love his brother with his soul and serve with soul and heart, and never separate from the path of Truth and reality. He must consider obedience to the pir and guide as necessary for himself (in every state), for in the disciple's obedience to the pir lies salvation, and the guide is the leader and instructor. Again, know, O brother, whatever is written on this page... and again, every rank of devotion and supplication is in the manner that is hidden.
