The color of the ribbon should remind you that your zeal should never cool, like the fire of your love.

Cleanse your heart, assemble your soul, choose solitude, and pray to God—and make yourself worthy to receive the highest degree of holy magic.

O my God! Let me strip off the old man, just as I take off my clothes, and let my soul be cleansed of the 7 cardinal vices, just as I cleanse my body 7 times through this water.

When you have washed yourself in this way, repeat your prayer to God. Repentance, Knowledge, Faith, Hope, and Love, then fumigate yourself 7 times and pray to God for the 7 gifts of the spirit of sanctification.
