11. The Venerable [Master] will have the right to name himself
his officers, who will be: two
Wardens, an Orator, a Treasurer, and a
Secretary; he will take care not to offend the
taste of the brothers in his choice.
12. A table, or Register of the brothers,
who are members of the Lodge, will be kept, and
those who are not established in the locality
will not be regarded as members;
13. The Visiting brothers who present themselves will be
welcomed politely; the Venerable [Master] will have them
placed at his sides.
14. One will gather once a month to
settle the Treasurer's accounts on the first
Saturday, or the first Sunday of the month;
15. One will place in a separate chest the
alms, which will come from the penances
imposed upon the brothers;
16. The Venerable [Master] will name a brother to
take care of them, and distribute them to the poor of the locality.
17. If it is known that some brother is in need
of assistance, he will be warned [that it is coming] to spare him
the humiliation of asking;
18. If a brother commits a fault, he will be warned three
times; if he is disobedient, he will be told to withdraw.
