This manuscript fragment is severely damaged. There is significant loss to the surface of the parchment. Staining and fading are present throughout the piece. The ink is extremely faint. These factors make the text almost entirely illegible.
A hand-drawn five-pointed star, often called a pentagram or the Seal of Solomon, is inscribed on the parchment. It is positioned slightly off-center. The lines were drawn with a thin instrument, likely ink or a lead point. The lines overlap to create the traditional geometric figure. In the context of amulets, this symbol is frequently used to provide protection against harmful spirits or the "Evil Eye."
