11.º The bronze vessel where the Levites purified themselves before entering the Temple, emblem that we should only admit into our society virtuous persons of merit and probity, who honor and respect the Divinity. The 12 oxen that support it represent the 12 Tribes of Israel.

A. To purify the Levites and the companions before entering the Temple.

A. I know the Letter G and the Letter J.
Q. Give the word and the touch to the Second Warden.
A. He gives the word and the touch to the Second Brother, who says, "I know them, Very Respectable."
Q. What time is it?
A. Past noon.
Then the Very Respectable says, "My brothers, the Lodge is open."
N.B. The Lodge closes in the same way, and instead of Noon, one answers "Past Midnight."
