2. To have in horror backbiting, Calumny, and lying.
3. To help one another, to relieve everyone in their needs, and even to anticipate their Brother.
4. To welcome Strangers, and to exercise the virtues of hospitality.
5. To visit the sick, to comfort them, to help them, and to bury the dead.
6. To pray for those who are persecuted, and always to strive to justify and protect innocence.
7. To love all Men in General, to flee from the vicious, and to have no vice oneself.
8. Do not frequent places of debauchery or women of ill repute.
9. To be a regular observer of Masonic Laws, always instructing oneself with gentleness and accuracy.
10. To reprove those who fail the order in General and to report them to the Head of the Lodge if they do not wish to correct themselves.
