...will clothe [them], and those things which were invisible will be visible before your eyes. In the whole, the mediator of sensuality and spirituality [is] revealed. But note: although you may already surpass the gift, there is need of weight and measure, which consists in the Denary. Likewise, you must also act so that you may turn yourself to restructuring and perfecting more, so that things distant and remote may be near to you, and things which cannot be grasped by your eyes due to [their] honesty may appear close and visible to you. How do you wish to grasp things which are too subtle to be handled? Join to them, therefore, corporeality and all seven metals, not at once for separation, as is permitted everywhere, [but so that] it has attained the highest perfection in its own natural place; [when] they are joined among themselves, the one in which they are joined will give what it has in itself, and through the magnetism placed in it, it will attract and make near what had been elongated. But be cautious in observing the nature of the constellation. Consider the influence of the planets on this sensible world, lest indeed that which has the signature of its planets [in] any metal be void and vain. It is continuous through all celestial bodies and a mutual influence, which unless you observe studiously, you will find [all your labors] in vain. For there is nothing in this world that does not, by its influence, sustain what is below; [what is below] attempts in vain to [reach] the superior. But where the son of the stars shines in his highest perfection, he is clearly like glowing fire. Who shall extinguish him who shines in the highest glorification? Extinguish the brilliance that always radiates from the seat of the Divinity! Who shall destroy him who has resurrected himself to a new life through death? Who shall dissolve him who has been freed from all bonds? Who shall stop his motion, who is always rotated by [the] force and revolves? In whose arcane doctrine [he] may lead, the key of both natures has been handed over into your hands.
You see to what you have been called; you see what you can attain; you see what and how much has been handed down to you through the revelation of the mysteries. It receives in the small and defines in the great. O! how small and meager was that which offered itself to you at first sight! O! how high and glorious is that which you discover in the end! What are and how great are those things by which you are surrounded! And who is man, that you could be deemed worthy of such great glory? "Lord," say, "I am less than all Your mercies." Therefore, offer yourself to God in the offertory, He who handed Himself over to you entirely. See, all these things which the occult Discipline reveals to you are instruments by which you must be elevated from earthly things to heavenly, from sensible to spiritual; lengthen the spirit, reach toward God. Praise the Lord for ages, Amen! Explicit [the] sacred sermon concerning the Mysteries.
Praise, O tongue, the glorious
Mystery of the Triad
And its miraculous [works],
O mind, worship and believe.
Where such great splendor is perceived,
May you raise your mind to heaven;
Keep and [observe] Silence.
