figures whose contemplation is both pleasant and carries great benefit within itself. In this purpose, I was aided partly by Mr. Michael Maier, formerly a Doctor of Philosophy and Medicine, and partly by the world-famous Chymicus Alchemist, Mr. Daniel Mylius. The figures are taken from their writings, but the attached German rhymes were composed by me. Now, due to frequent requests, they are shared with the favorable reader through public printing. It should be noted, however, that these rhymes are not aimed at a full explanation of the figures. Instead, they capture the true descriptions contained in the mentioned authors. Where the descriptions did not agree with the figures, I have reconciled them by collationirung comparing and collecting their various philosophical writings published during their lifetimes. I have composed these according to the literal sense in the briefest manner. For the rest, I will avoid unnecessary length
