It also includes his allies: the Electors princes with the right to elect the Emperor, Princes, Counts, Nobles, Cities, States, Communities, and Estates. This specifically includes the Elector of Saxony. The Duke of Bavaria and his associated Catholic princes and states of Germany shall enter into this agreement. They must observe it sacredly and without violation. Furthermore, they must provide sufficient security legal guarantees or formal assurances to His Royal Majesty regarding this matter.

The Duke of Bavaria and the confederated Catholic princes of Germany shall abstain from all injury and hostility. This applies to His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, his army, and his occupied territories.
