"Bless the Lord, My Soul" etc. and after the sermon the Te Deum Laudamus Thee, O God, we praise was sung. In the evening, the keys to both churches were demanded from the Jesuit, Patre Michaele Vagiz Presbytero Father Michael Vagiz, Priest besides whom only a lay brother, Matthias Odenthal, and no others of such rabble remained in the parish house and from Mr. Christopher Jagemann, the Ordinariô Loci Pastore Ordinary Pastor of the place in St. Servatius Church. Likewise, on Monday, the books which had been taken from the Lutheran citizens several years ago were demanded back. On the 20th, after midday at 2 o'clock, there was a prayer service, and on the 21st, before noon, the frequently mentioned Mr. Lippach preached again. During this, it was announced that on the Sunday of Reminiscere the second Sunday of Lent, the 26th of this month, His Princely Grace along with his court would partake of the Holy Communion in the previously mentioned Church of St. Cyriacus. The inhabitants, to whom this had been denied for several years by the papal tyrannical prohibition, were likewise exhorted to attend.

His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, having perceived the desire of the Duke of Bavaria and the Catholic League to obtain neutrality, even though by involving themselves in the Imperial War they have deserved nothing but hostilities, nevertheless, through the intercession of the Most Christian King of France original: "regis Galliarum", Louis XIII interposed by his most illustrious and excellent ambassadors, out of favor to his Majesty and to testify a brotherly affection toward him, shall stipulate neutrality on the following conditions.
The Duke of Bavaria and his associated Catholic princes and estates of Germany shall enter into a firm neutrality with His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, and his kingdoms, domains, and subjects, both hereditary and acquired in Germany, likewise with the confederated Electors, Princes, Counts, Nobles, Cities, States, Communities, and orders, specifically the Elector of Saxony. They shall observe this neutrality sacredly and inviolably, and provide sufficient security for it to His Royal Majesty.
The Duke of Bavaria and the confederated Catholic princes of Germany shall abstain from all injury and hostility, both toward His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, his army and occupied domains, and toward the confederated Evangelical Protestant Electors, Princes, Counts, Nobles, Cities, Communities, Orders, and all other Evangelicals of whatever condition.
