...infest them any longer through their soldiers under any pretext whatsoever in their jurisdictions, nor permit them to be infested by the Imperialists or others.
3. The Duke of Bavaria and the Catholic German Princes, as many as have joined the league, shall restore each and every fortification, stronghold, castle, city, territory, and province of the Evangelical Protestant Princes and Estates of whatever condition they may be, as many as they have taken and occupied from the Evangelicals in Lower Saxony throughout this whole time of war since the year 1618, to the state in which they were before this war.
4. The Duke of Bavaria, with the confederated Catholic German Princes, shall lead all armies out of the provinces of the Evangelical Electors, Princes, and Estates as soon as possible, and shall lead the soldiers back into their own territories.
5. Every army of the Duke of Bavaria and the confederated Catholic Princes of Germany shall be reduced to the number of ten or twelve thousand soldiers, all the rest being discharged. These soldiers shall be distributed here and there through the cities and domains belonging to the said Princes, and shall not be kept together in any single body meaning no large standing army.
6. The Duke of Bavaria and the associated Catholic German Princes shall in no way, neither openly nor secretly, support the Emperor original: "Cæsarem", refers to Ferdinand II or any other enemy of His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, whether with discharged soldiers or by stationing them through their territories.
7. Likewise, the Duke of Bavaria and his confederated Catholic German Princes shall not permit the House of Austria, or any other enemy of His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, whoever he may be, to recruit soldiers in their domains, distribute pay, gather troops, export arms, or establish any other preparation for war, but shall everywhere observe an inviolable and sincere neutrality.
