Since this second booklet of Praesagiorum Presages, or Rotarum Diuinantium Divining Wheels (if one may call them that), was to be published as an appendix to the former work, it has been awaited with great interest amidst this daily novelty of affairs. It will be, I believe, not unpleasant to those who desire new things and to those who are accurate investigators of future events. Therefore, I have dedicated it to you two without any room for doubt.
