It concerns the undertakings of the Convention of Wilhelmsbad a major Masonic congress held in 1782 to reform the Order. This work has found general approval, and it has been unanimously decided that it should be printed and sent to all provinces of the Orient a term for the geographic jurisdiction or headquarters of the Masonic Order.
