If you spot an error, have a suggestion, or just want to say hello — we’d love to hear from you.

To say that there is no mercy and no truth in ME; then now I bid them to see their rock. For as it appears on the seventeenth page original: "seventeenth page," likely referring to a previous publication or a specific section of the manuscript, I tell you, Satan, your argument there was that you possessed wisdom greater than their God. Now your wisdom shall be made known to everyone. Because of your wisdom I allowed you to rise, and by that same wisdom I will now make you fall. Because you all agreed together that Satan was a wiser king than ME, and you all condemned my mercies because I would not allow the heavens to fall into your confusion and become a perfect hell. Malice swelled in your heart to bring confusion to the heavens.
Now I shall clear these mysteries to man: to reclaim my honor, I raised Satan up and let him fall as a king on the earth. Then I created MAN from the dust and gave him the power to make his own plan, to be a king with power to reign. I gave him subjects he could gain through his arts, to show his power and let him proceed, to see what kind of heaven he would create for man. Since everyone judged that he would be the most fit king and thought the greatest pleasure was found in him, I gave everything up to their wisdom. Now they shall all fall by their own wisdom.
I will reclaim my honor here; now Satan’s justice shall appear to everyone. If he is indeed a king with supreme power, let him create an Earth and gain subjects of his own. Now my justice shall be tried by man. He has had his power, and men still complain about it, saying he is a king unfit to reign. They do not want such a king here. Men now appear like angels, wishing to have this prince banished from his throne.
For Reprobation rejection or condemnation by God has begun by Man; then now you shall surely see Election the divine choice of individuals for salvation. I will now agree to his justice. The fool shall stand by his own justice. I raised him up when they had all condemned ME, just as he has condemned me here in these writings. Now I shall clear these mysteries to man: I made a Hell for Satan at the beginning, for nothing but hell burst forth from within them.
