now that the life is born in her, through the lighting of the light, she rejoices in her own property, and works in her own harsh quality wrange qualitejt again toward birth. And in her own quality a life rises again, where a center opens itself again, and the life is born again out of her in sixfold forms, yet now no longer in such anguish as in the beginning, but in great joy.
12. For the x Or the fountain-vein. source quel x of the great anguish, which in the beginning (before the light) was in the harshness, from which the bitter sting was born, that is now in the y Or in the pleasant fountain-bond of love. gentle source of love y. The light is transformed out of the water-spirit, and from the bitterness, or sting, has now become the fountain and the climbing up of joy in the light. Likewise, the fire-flash is now the Father of the light, and the light shines in him, and is now the only z Or the pit of distress. cause of the moving birth, and of the birth of love, which in the beginning was the z anxious source. That is now Sul Sulfur, the soul or combustible principle, or the rising pleasant source that penetrates through all sources, from which or out of which the light ignites.
13. And the tone or the sound, in the turning wheel, is now the a Or in all the fountain-veins. proclaimer or the announcer a in every source, that the dear child is born. For it comes with its sound before all doors and into b Or awakener. all Essences Essentien b, so that in its awakening, all powers c Or the harsh outgoing being. are c moving. In the light they see, feel, hear, smell, and taste one another. For the whole birth nourishes itself in its first d Understand, the harsh mother. Mother d, being the essence of the harshness. While e Or pleasant. it e has now become so thin, humble, sweet, and rich in joy, the whole birth stands in very great joy, love, humility, and gentleness. It is nothing other than a mere e beloved tasting, friendly seeing, good smelling, glad hearing, gentle feeling, such as no tongue can say nor speak, how it is born through the eternal life, where there is no fear of any end, nor can there be.
14. Thus there is again a new birth in the harshness. f Precisely, lord. Understand, wherever the harshness in the same birth is f Primas Primary or Chief, g Or climbing joy. and where the fire is not ignited after the bitter sting or from the beginning of the anguish: but the g exalting joy is as in the center and the igniting of the h Or harsh branch of the fountain. light. And the harshness now has in its own quality the Sul, oil, and light of the Father. Therefore the birth out of the h branch of the first tree is now qualified entirely according to the same h harsh-source. And the fire, in the same, is a harsh fire. And the bitterness, a harsh bitterness. And the tone, a harsh sound. And the love, a harsh love; yet all in pure perfection
perfection, and in entirely glorious love and joy.
15. And thus also the first bitter sting, or the first bitterness (after the light is now ignited and the first birth stands in perfection) births again out of its own quality an i Or branch. Essence Essentiam i, in which there is a center, where also a new source in a new fire or life rises with the nature and property of all qualities. And the bitterness is yet in this new outgoing, in every form, primary. Thus a bitter bitterness, a bitter harshness, a bitter water-spirit, a bitter k Sound or noise. k tone, a bitter fire, a bitter love; yet all perfectly in the climbing up of great joy.
16. And the fire now also births a fire after the property of all qualities. In the harsh Spirit, it is harsh. In the bitter, bitter. In the love, it is an entirely l Or fiery. l inward igniting of love, an entirely hot igniting, and makes a very excellent desire. In the sound, it is a very clear ringing m Or between. m fire, in which everything is made entirely clear and properly distinguished, where the sound in all qualities announces everything as if by mouth or with the tongue, what kind of joy, power, being, and property is there. And in the water, it is a drying fire.
17. Especially it is to be noted of the love-outspreading, which is the most gentle and most lovely n Or with stream. n source. When the birth of love again births a whole birth of all o Or fountain-veins. o sources of the original essences out of itself, so that love is thus p Primary or Lord. p primary in all fountain-veins in the same new birth, and a center rises there, then the first p Essence (namely, the harshness) becomes entirely desirable, entirely gentle, entirely light, and gives itself upward as food to all source-spirits, with a hearty desire for all, just as a dear mother does for her children. And here the bitterness is rightly called joy, for it is the climbing and moving. What joy is here, for that there is no other parable than as if a man q Or suddenly. q were suddenly delivered from the pain of Hell and were placed in the light of Divine joy.
18. Thus also does the r The sound. r tone, wherever the love brings the joy-rich message into all the forms of the birth, as also the fire in the love, that rightly ignites the love in all source-spirits, as is told above. And the love [ignites] love in its Essence. When love in love is primary, that is the most gentle, humble, and friendly source that rises in all sources and confirms and establishes the Heavenly birth, so that it is thus a Holy Divine being s Or in all outflowing properties. s.
