...understand, and is often intentionally misleading. It is, therefore, with real satisfaction that I am permitted to state that there is a practical movement underway among certain circles of mystical study for the systematic instruction of qualified persons. This is conducted under due safeguards and with all proper precautions in the inner wisdom of positive knowledge. I am not able at the moment to speak more clearly, and perhaps it is a little too early to speak at all, but I know that there is a revival of mystical enthusiasm in several quarters, and I know also that this enthusiasm is taking a concrete form.
