As the Order, despite its concern, might be unaware of the existence of idealist artists, it is permitted for anyone who believes they have produced a work conforming to the R + C program to send it by March 1st to the Archonte des Beaux-Arts Archon of Fine Arts at the Durand-Ruel gallery (11, rue Lepelletier) An Archon was a high-ranking official within Péladan's Order. The Durand-Ruel gallery was a famous venue that often hosted avant-garde and Impressionist works.. A notice of admission or refusal will be sent by the 7th, in which case the sender agrees to have their work collected before the 9th.

Artists who are unable to frame their paintings may send their canvases on stretchers.

For the Order of the Rose + Cross, the word "foreigner" has no meaning.

This Salon possesses an international character to the highest degree.
