XVIII
Invited guests from the provinces and from abroad must send their works between March 1 and March 5 (the final deadline), shipping paid, to the Archon of the Salon of the Rose + Cross, Durand-Ruel Gallery, 11, rue Lepelletier.
XIX
The works shall bear a cartouche ornamental label showing the artist's name and the subject of the work, without an épigraphe epigraph or inscription.
XX
In the event of loss or damage, the Order declines all financial responsibility.
The R + C gives notice that the works appearing at the Salon are not insured.
XXI
The works must be withdrawn within the three days following the closing of the Salon.
