Place pārada mercury, kānta lodestone, muṇḍaloha pig iron, abhrasattva essence of mica, (10) tāpyasattva essence of copper pyrite, and mṛtavajra calcined diamond together and grind for a week with jambīra lemon juice. Form a ball and extract it. (11) Take nirguṇḍī, saindhava rock salt, honey, gojihvā, and kākatundikā, grind them, and coat the ball one finger-thick all around. (12) Seal it in a diamond-crucible and bake it for one yāma three hours in a bhūdhara earth-pit fire. Smear, seal, and bake it again; repeat this for a fortnight. (13) Then, coat the crucible with a paste of yava barley, ciñjā tamarind, palāśa seeds, and rājakīrṇa seeds; place the previous ball inside. (14) Add ṭaṅkaṇa borax and white glass, seal the back, and blow upon it with khadira Acacia catechu charcoal fire until it melts. (15) Then, place it in a biḍalisa a type of treatment vessel or crucible. Add an equal amount of gold and repeatedly melt it. (16) Once the gold is assimilated, extract it and grind it with the juice of divine herbs for two days and melt it in the diamond-crucible. (17) A divine pill is produced, named the supreme Vajreśvarī. When held in the mouth, it destroys old age and death for a year. (18) It causes the suspension of weapons and definitely grants the lifespan of Brahmā. On the eighth day of the dark fortnight, gather sahadevī Sida cordifolia and powder it. (19) Eat one piece, followed by the proper vehicle (anupāna) for benefit.
Take red meghanāda Celosia argentea and pāṣāṇabhedaka Aerva lanata, (20) grind them with human breast milk, and coat the crucible with this paste. Place one part of calcined diamond and sixteen parts of gold powder (21) inside, seal it, and blow upon it for one yāma. Remove it and place it in a mortar with an equal amount of pure mercury. (22)
This page details the complex manufacturing processes for two "diamond" pills, Vajreśvarī and Vajrasundarī, which involve repeated cycles of heating, sealing in crucibles, and incorporating specific botanical and metallic substances to ensure alchemical perfection.
