Grind it with ginger juice and repeat the process with cow's urine. Take caṇḍālīkanda a type of tuber and grind it well with milk. (23) Coat the ball with this, seal it in a diamond-crucible, bake it in a gajapuṭa elephant-pit fire, and extract the Vajrasundarī pill. (24) If kept for a year, one lives for three days of Brahmā. Consume one pala approx. 48 grams of the powdered bark of the brahmavṛkṣa Ficus religiosa tree with milk daily. (25) This krāmaṇa assimilation acts as the vehicle (anupāna) and provides great success to the practitioner. Copper smeared with its juice and heated (26) becomes divine gold; this is the truth spoken by Śaṅkara.
Take the mercury of the previous process and an equal amount of gold. (27) Assimilate it using liṅga a catalyst, then grind it for three days. Heat it in a diamond-crucible with two herbs and cow's urine. (28) Extract it and hold it as Hemasundarī. Add half a pala approx. 24 grams of sulfur and twice the amount of amla sour liquids to follow. (29) Through one year of use, it destroys old age and one lives as long as the moon and stars.
Take pure mercury, calcined diamond, essence of mica, and gold. (30) Grind them all with the sour group of substances for three days. Form a firm ball and dry it in the shade. (31) Take seeds of brahmakāpāsa, rājikā mustard, yava barley, and citrikā, grind them all equally, and coat the previous ball. (32) Seal it in a crucible and blow upon it firmly; the Vajrakhecarī pill (33) is produced. When held in the mouth, it destroys death within a year. Consume one pala of bhūtāvaraṭa powder mixed with sugar, (34) and one becomes united with Brahmā for the sake of desire.
