Grind pure mercury for a day with the leaf juices of kārpāsī cotton, kākamācī, and kanyā Aloe vera; wash it with sour liquids and extract it. (35) Take four niṣkas a weight unit of that mercury, half a niṣka of copper powder, (36) one-fourth niṣka of sattva essence, and one-fourth of gold. Grind all of this, including an equal amount of gold and iron powder, with sour liquids. (37) At the end of the day, form a ball and place it inside a lemon. Cook it for three days in a ḍolāyantra swinging apparatus in sārnāla fermented gruel. (38) Extract and hold it as the Vyomasundarī pill. Through one year of use, it destroys old age and a man lives for a day of Brahmā. (39) Mix the powder of citramūla Plumbago zeylanica root with honey in a kānta lodestone vessel and consume it; this is beneficial for the assimilation. (40)
Take one niṣka of gold leaf and three niṣkas of pure mercury. (41) Grind them for a day with the juice of jambīra lemon and śarapuṅkhā Tephrosia purpurea. Bind that ball in cloth and cook it in a ḍolāyantra filled with goat's milk for a day and night; the Hāṭakeśvarī pill is produced. (42) When held in the mouth, it destroys old age and death. Without doubt, a man lives for a period of Brahmā. (43) Consume one pala of triphalā three myrobalans powder, previously steeped in decoctions of khadira Acacia catechu seeds, with honey and clarified butter. (44)
Take three parts of mercury and one niṣka of copper powder. (45) Grind them in a mortar with citraphalā Plumbago fruit and sour liquids for a day. Bind the ball in cloth and cook it for a day in a ḍolāyantra filled with kāñjī sour gruel; the Arkaprabhāvatī pill is produced. (46) If one holds it for a year, one becomes like the sun. Consume one karṣa weight unit of palāśa seed oil with cow's milk (47) as the vehicle; it is the supreme destroyer of old age and death.
