Rasaratnākara (Rasāyanakhaṇḍa)

Grind it all fine and bind it in white cloth. (9) Keep it in a vessel full of water in the sun, using a dolāyantra swinging apparatus. (10) When the water dries, add more water until the water is gone. (11) Then, the wise should keep that mica and the cloth, preserving the water. (12) Take thirty parts of that water mixed with mica. (13) Mix one part with one pala of white rice and cook it in thirty pala of cow's milk; let it cool. (14) Add two pala each of honey and clarified butter, and one niṣka approx. 3 grams of black pepper powder. (15) The practitioner who consumes this daily destroys death and old age within a month. (16) His hair, teeth, and nails fall out and regrow. (17) He becomes a siddha with a diamond-body, swift as the wind, and possessed of great strength. (18) This is the amṛtābhraka nectar-mica formula, spoken of long ago by Śambhu. (19) Dead mica, purified sulfur, and long pepper, with equal amounts of clarified butter, (20) consume one karṣa daily to destroy death and old age within a year. (21) Leaves of koraṇṭaka Barleria cristata, dead mica, and sulfur in equal amounts; (22) soak all this for a week in the sun with the juice of nīlikā Indigofera tinctoria. (23) Drink that paste with milk to destroy death and old age. (24) One karṣa of dead mica, one pala of cow's milk; (25) grind with the leaves of sarpākṣī Ophioxylon serpentinum and sulfur. (26) Drink this after making it into a paste to conquer old age within a year. (27) He becomes a diamond-bodied sky-farer and lives for three days of Brahmā. (28) Dead mica, kānta iron, triphalā, and long pepper in equal parts; (29) add five-part jujube powder equal to the mica. (30) Consume half a pala always with sugar, honey, and clarified butter. (31) It destroys death and old age within a year; life is for a day of Brahmā. (32) "O nectar-play, Vishnu-armor, hail!" All mica formulas should be empowered with this mantra before consumption.
