(245) Combine it with licorice and always consume it mixed with honey. By using this for six months, one becomes free from wrinkles and gray hair. (246) One can travel a hundred yojanas A traditional unit of distance without feeling any fatigue. Take one pala of Ashwagandha powder and an equal amount of Bala Sida cordifolia powder. (247)
Add an equal amount of Shatavari Asparagus racemosus powder and process it with its juice. Use this for one month, consuming it with honey. (248)
One attains the strength of a young elephant and becomes free from wrinkles and gray hair. Combine Ashwagandha, sesame, and black gram with honey. (249) By using this for one and a half months, one becomes strong enough to fight with elephants. The person becomes as fast as Garuda A divine eagle-like creature. (250)
The root of Musali is powerful and destroys great diseases. I shall now explain its qualities qualities to those practitioners who do not know them. (251) It is known by auspicious names such as Suvarnapushpi (gold-flowered), Gauri, Musali, Punkhapatrika, Nashayani (the destroyer), and Ksheravaha (milk-bearer). (252) During the Pushya constellation A period considered auspicious in Vedic astrology, one should prepare a fine powder. Consumed with honey, and followed by a milk-based diet following a milk diet, it is easily digested. (253) By using it for one month, one becomes free from wrinkles and gray hair. Alternatively, if used with ghee, it destroys severe leprosy. (254) Taken with warm water, it destroys indigestion. It also cures cholera and diarrhea diarrhea, there is no doubt. (255) Take two parts wheat flour and one part Musali. Make it into a preparation filled with ghee and place it in a jar of honey. Consume it for seven nights; it destroys all diseases. (256)
By using the combination in combination with Meshashringa of Ashvattha Ficus religiosa, Badari Jujube, Bhindi Okra, honey, chicken bone, and Meshashringa, one can hold a diamond in an instant. (257)
