Through the power of this kalpa A ritual or alchemical procedure, there is nothing that cannot be achieved. There is no other rasāyana Alchemical elixir or tonic greater than this. (297)

Listen, Pārvatī The consort of the god Shiva, with care to this most secret and supreme medicine. Among all medicines, the white swallow-wort is the best. (302)
I shall tell you its procedure; listen to it as it is described. I am telling you this out of affection for you and for the sake of the welfare of the people. (303)
One should obtain its milky sap and use it to grind mercury. A wise person should consume this for twenty-one days. (315)
Freed from wrinkles and gray hair, and rid of old age and disease, one attains the strength of a young person and becomes all-knowing and victorious. (316)
Gather its five parts The root, bark, leaves, flowers, and fruit of the plant and have them dried in the shade. Then, reduce it to a fine powder and take it with clarified butter ghee and honey. (319)
There is no doubt that one becomes free from all diseases. One acquires the strength of youth and, in radiance, becomes like another sun. (320)
By using this for six months, one attains immortality and defies aging. One should subsist on milk and remain protected from wind and sun. (321)
Avoid bitter, sour, sharp, and tasteless items, as well as astringents and alkaline substances. By this procedure, the practitioner will surely attain perfection. (322)
O God, please tell me the method regarding sulfur. In what time was it produced, and by whom was it created in ancient times? (323)
For those mortals who are short-lived and plagued by age and disease, O Lord, tell me what is beneficial for their happiness. (324)
Listen, Goddess, I shall tell you how sulfur was produced. I will explain it to you, O wide-eyed one. (325)
When the Ocean of Milk was being churned by the gods, O beautiful-faced one, sulfur was produced there, endowed with a divine form. (326)
The gods were captivated by the fragrance of that sulfur; hence, it became known in the world by the name "Sulfur" Gandhaka Derived from 'gandha', meaning scent or smell. (327)
Know that its color is of three types, O beautiful-eyed one: yellow, white, and a third kind, which is dove-colored. (328)
These are, respectively, the best, the middling, and the inferior. One whose body is pure should employ the best, purified sulfur. (329)
Having performed vomiting and purgation, one should then undergo the rasāyana treatment. (330)
I shall now tell you what foods should be consumed. (331)
Rice of the sixty-day harvest, or regular rice, and wheat especially, are always wholesome for living beings. (332)
One should eat barley, mung beans, milk, honey, and ghee. O Goddess, this is always wholesome; one should always avoid what is unwholesome. (333)
