ብሉይ ኪዳን (Old Testament — begins with Book of Enoch, not Genesis)

...they give in... And they shall be in that house, and it is... as fire, and the observers shall fear. And from the prophecy of the completion, that fear is understood... and trembling, while [they] increase... [they] remain, and [they] tremble, and [they] stand before my face. And I see everything... another house, which is greater than this, and all its length... by the portal, it was established. Fire stood... everything, they helped one another in glory and honor and greatness, so that [one] could not... the [multitude] of its glory, and because of its greatness and... its fire. And above it were lightnings and the flash of stars, and the portals of fire that burn. And I looked and I saw in that heaven, and in that heaven all the holy ones were, and there was no one who [could] look, and in the fire [was the] heart, and they were, and [they] sat there. Streams of fire that burn go out, and one cannot look at them... glory sits upon it, and its garments that shine more than the sun, and [they] exceed all... hail. And the angels cannot go out... [who] fell. And to look at his face, the splendor and the glory, [one] cannot. And whoever is of flesh shall see him... fire that burns in his circle, and a great fire... before him. And there is no one who approaches to him from those who are in his circle. Thousands of thousands [are] before him, and he does not desire the counsel of the holy ones... those who approach to him do not depart by night, and they do not [retreat] from him. And I was... until this, behind my back, trembling, and the Lord called me and said to me: "Approach here, Enoch, and hear the word of the Holy One." And he raised me and brought me until the portal, and I, my face [was] looking down.

Part 14.

And he answered me and said to me with his voice: "Do not fear, Enoch, righteous man and scribe of righteousness, approach here...

...and hear his word. And go, say to the Watchers of heaven, who have been sent [so that] they may intercede for you. You ought to intercede for men, not men for you. Why have you forsaken the high and holy and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men, and taken for yourselves wives like the children of the earth, and begotten children of blood? And you were spiritual, holy, living the eternal life, and with women you have defiled yourselves, and with the blood of flesh you have begotten, and with the blood of men you have lusted, and done as they do, flesh and blood who die... they die and perish. And for this reason I gave them wives, so that they might sow upon them and children might be born by them, so that deeds might be done upon the earth. But you were formerly spiritual, living the eternal life, which does not die for all the generations of the world. For this reason I did not provide wives for you, for the spiritual [heaven] is the dwelling place of the angels. And now, the giants who have been born from spirits and flesh, evil spirits shall they be called upon the earth, and their dwelling shall be... and the evil spirits are from their flesh, because they were created from above, from the holy Watchers was their beginning and primary foundation. Evil spirits shall they be upon the earth, and evil spirits shall they be called. The spirits of heaven shall be their dwelling, and upon the earth shall be... the earth shall be their dwelling. And the spirits of the giants afflict, they ruin, they fall, and they fight, and they bruise upon the earth, and they cause... they do not eat anything, and [they do not] thirst, and they are not noticed, and they do not rise. These [spirits] shall [rise] against the children of men and against the women, because they have come forth in the days of slaughter." And [this is] Part 15.

And the death of the giants, wherever the spirits have gone forth from their bodies, their flesh shall be destroyed until the day of judgment. Likewise, they shall die until the completion of the great judgment of the world, [which] shall be completed by the Watchers and the giants. The Watchers whom you sent to intercede for them, who were formerly in heaven, [they] remain. And now, you were in heaven... and still... [I have] asked for you. And the mystery of... the ungodliness, and this I have told you, [for] the women, in the hardness of your heart. And by this mystery, the women and men mourn... upon the earth. Say to them, therefore, you have no peace.

Part 16.

And I went into a place... and there it was like a burning fire that consumes. And when they desire, they appear like men. And they took me into a place there that had the foundation of a mountain, whose top reaches to heaven. And I saw the places of the lights and the thunder at the ends of the... deep, a bow of fire, and arrows and their quiver, and swords of fire, and all the lightnings. And there flowed living waters that [tell] of that fire of the west, which holds all the setting of the sun. And I came until the rivers of fire, and there it flowed... like water, and it pours into the great sea towards the west. And I saw the great seas, and I came until the great darkness... and I went to where all flesh dies. And I saw the mountains of the great [darkness] all the winter, and [where] the water of all the abyss flows. And I saw the mouths of all the rivers of the earth and the mouths of all the deeps.

Part 17.

And I saw the treasuries of all the winds, and I saw how with them he has adorned all the creation and the foundation of the heaven. And I saw... of this earth, and I saw the four winds that bear up the earth and the heaven. And I saw how the winds reach... the heaven, and they stand between heaven and earth; they are the pillars...
