Published by the Archaeological Research Department established by the sun of the religion of Bharat, the Maharaja of Kashmir, Sri Pratap Singh.

It has been collected, edited, revised, annotated, and prepared by the head of that department, Mahamahopadhyaya Pandit Mukunda Rama Shastri, with the assistance of other scholars of the department.

It has been refined with modern, accessible, and accurate methods acceptable to the Western scholarly community, printed at the Tatva-Vivechaka Press in Bombay, and brought to publication.
