No title page was printed on white paper to serve for the entire volume; nor was a general index or table of contents provided. Each of the four fascicles was issued in a cover of gray or blue paper. Each cover is as follows: Page one bears a full title page with date and place of publication. Page 2 carries a brief advertisement, page 3 is blank, and page 4 provides a table of contents. Within the cover of fascicle 1 were the following: A binder's title page bearing in large type only the following: "Icones Pictae Rariorum Fungorum <gloss>Pictorial Icons of Rare Fungi</gloss> - Figures Coloriées de Champignons Rares <gloss>Colored Figures of Rare Mushrooms</gloss>." A sheet bearing a two-page preface. Pages 1–14 A page bearing in large type only the words - "Figures Coloriées <gloss>Colored Figures</gloss>" (To precede all the plates at the end of the completed volume). Plates 1–6. Within the cover of fascicle 2 were: A half-title page reading "Figures Coloriées de Champignons Rares <gloss>Colored Figures of Rare Mushrooms</gloss> - Seconde Livraison <gloss>Second Issue</gloss>." Pages 15–28. Plates 7–12. Within the cover of fascicle 3 were: Pages 29–44. Plates 13–18. Possibly also a half-title page reading: "Figures Coloriées de Champignons Rares <gloss>Colored Figures of Rare Mushrooms</gloss> - Troisième Livraison <gloss>Third Issue</gloss>." (A copy of this page has not been found in any of the known American copies of the book. We have not, consequently, photographed it). Within the cover of fascicle 4 were: A half-title page reading "Figures Coloriées de Champignons Rares <gloss>Colored Figures of Rare Mushrooms</gloss> - Quatrième Livraison <gloss>Fourth Issue</gloss>" Pages 45–64 Plates 19–24.
