After the indication of Saturn in the twelfth and the lord of the fourth, and also the lord of the second houses in the figure of this year, all manner of fruits of the earth will be middling. And if the worms and the dryness of Mars do not threaten barrenness, all things will grow abundantly. Therefore, it is to be noted that all fruits will grow well at the beginning of this year and bloom well. But the heat will bring harm to the fruits in some lands, and especially in the lands that have Scorpio as a significator. After that, however, since the planet the Sun is a ruler who takes away the dryness of Mars, such failure may be removed. Therefore, all grain will grow middling. Item: The corn will grow well, and keep its purchase price market value at the beginning of the year, falling due to its lord, Venus, being in the eleventh house. The barley will have a good growth, and will keep the middle in price due to its part that has fallen into the fourth house. The oats, although they will grow well at the beginning, will receive harm from the heat, and in price, they will rise in some places and fall in others. The wine of this year will bloom well in all places and fall quickly in price while in bloom. But in some warm lands, it will take harm in the summer through the excessive heat and dryness, which will not happen in cold lands. Its taste will be strong and sweet, and in some places in the summer, it will rise in price, and in others, it will fall. It will be a good purchase due to the abundance and quantity of the wine. Water for the use of humans will keep the middle, yet more to unhealthiness than to health. Milk food in the summer will be very useful for human nourishment. Honey will not rise in price, but will be of low cost. Oil will bring health to the people that year and will be of middle price.
