Extensive searches across multiple catalogs (local, Google Books, Internet Archive) yielded no evidence of an English translation of Abraham Ortelius's 'Geographia sacra'. While Ortelius's 'Theatrum Orbis Terrarum' was translated into English in the early 17th century, the 'Geographia sacra' (often included as part of the 'Parergon') does not appear to have been translated as a standalone work or as part of a complete English edition of the 'Parergon'. No records of any partial or complete English translation were found.
