Along the southern bank, it begins at Gaozi Port and extends down to Baogang, totaling 250 li. There are 41 combat vessels, including multi-story, blessed, sand, grass-cutting, iron-oar, and shuttle boats, with over 740 officers and soldiers. The upper patrol meets with the officers and soldiers of the roving troop battalion, and the lower patrol meets with the officers and soldiers of the Menghe interception commander.

The assigned defense zones for the eight camps above total over 1,500 li, with over 370 large and small combat vessels and 5,330 officers and soldiers.
