Coordination

The patrol officer of Jiangning County, the zhubu district registrar, oversees the Jiangning horse relay station, one yicheng relay station director, 30 archers, and one patrol boat. The defense zone reaches Guishan, 40 li to the north, and Huanggoukou, 20 li to the south. It is now proposed that the archers be divided into three shifts: one shift for garrison duty, one shift for water patrol, and one shift for land patrol. The water patrol reaches Guishan, 40 li to the north, where they meet with the secret military detachments at Heshang Port, and reaches Huanggoukou, 20 li to the south, where they meet with the archers from Dasheng Pass. The land patrol's defense zone extends to Gegang Shop at the border of Dangtu County, 30 li to the north, and reaches Jinjia Tomb, 10 li to the south, all while remaining under the coordination of the patrol officer.
