Hungary thus became a dependency of Austria. During this time, parts of the territory were occupied by Poland, though they were quickly retaken. The capital was later moved to Bratislava original: 那摩 (Namo). During the Ottoman occupation of central Hungary, the capital was moved to Pozsony, known today as Bratislava. Along these borders, boundaries were drawn to establish military colonies tuntian: a system where soldiers farm the land they defend to remain self-sufficient for the maintenance of troops.

Every sixty households are assigned one leader. In times of peace, the men farm the fields and undergo military training; in times of war, five out of every hundred able-bodied men are drafted to defend the frontier.

The government is organized into four ranks of officials:
1. The Clergy original: 教師 (jiaoshi), literally "Teachers"
2. Hereditary Nobility
3. Magistrates original: 問專官 (wenzhuanguan), likely referring to the representatives of the lower gentry or knights
4. Tribal Administrators

Whenever there is a need to change the laws, crown a King, increase taxes, or reinforce the army, these four ranks of officials gather in a general assembly Referring to the Hungarian Diet, or parliament to deliberate.
