A decorative Eusebian Canon table features three columns framed by four slender, ornate pillars supporting a triple arch. The arches are decorated with gold, red, and blue geometric patterns. The pillars have stylized capitals and bases. To the left of the first column, there is a faint, weathered illustration of a seated figure, possibly an evangelist. The text within the columns consists of Syriac numerals and references written in red and black ink.

The lists use the Syriac Abjad system. In this system, each letter of the alphabet has a numerical value. For example, the letter Qoph (ܩ) represents 100, and Yodh (ܝ) represents 10. These numbers refer to specific sections of the Gospel text, allowing a reader to find parallel stories across different books.
