This image shows the binding of a historical volume. The book features a quarter-binding style where the spine and a portion of the front cover are covered in a textured, cream-colored material, likely vellum or parchment. The rest of the front board is covered in marbled paper with a complex snail or swirl pattern in shades of chocolate brown, tan, and muted lavender-purple. On the spine, there is a small white circular label at the top and a larger rectangular red leather label with a gold-leaf border. The text on the label is only partially visible and gold-stamped.
