On the 6th of May, we came to anchor in the Downs, where we had to wait 8 days for a favorable wind.
A large triangular ornamental tailpiece woodcut depicts symmetrical, elaborate acanthus leaf scrolls and floral flourishes. In the top center, a small figure, likely a cherub or putto, emerges from the foliage.
