Finally, the testament of a soldier loses its force unless he pays the debt of nature a euphemism for death within a year of his discharge.
COROLLARIVM.
There is a great conflict among the learned doctors: whether disinheritance for other similar or more serious causes than those which Justinian enumerated should be admitted? Leaving aside the common opinion, I consider the negative to be the sounder view.
