Der rupsen begin, voedzel en wonderbaare verandering
No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
Extensive searches of library catalogs, including the Library of Congress, Internet Archive, and academic databases, yielded no evidence of a complete or partial English translation of Maria Sibylla Merian's 'Der rupsen begin, voedzel en wonderbaare verandering' (1712). While Dover Publications released a collection of her engravings titled 'Flowers, butterflies, and insects' (1991), this is a reproduction of the plates from 'Erucarum Ortus' (the Latin edition) and does not constitute a translation of the Dutch text. No other English translations were identified.
