武備志(五十五)
No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
The 'Wubei Zhi' (Treatise on Armament Technology) is a massive 240-volume military encyclopedia from the Ming Dynasty. While it is frequently cited in scholarly works on Chinese military history, martial arts, and maritime exploration (such as those by Meir Shahar and Henry Tsai found in search results), no evidence of a complete or partial English translation of the work, or specifically of Volume 55, was found in any of the searched catalogs. Given its immense size, it remains an untranslated primary source in its entirety.
